Nintendo is different from Microsoft and Sony.. with their fanboyish-esque games as well. They're all made for adults who seemingly want to be children again. (I'm waiting for Adam - God of Haiku - to post something like.., "All games are made with the concept that the user will feel youthful again" Or some shit)
The point is, they target this portion of people who play games. They're out for 'wholesome fun, japanese style'.. and I doubt it will work, especially in the United States.
Most people - excluding many in this staff - like games without cartoon characters with huge eyes.
